Dual-Fuel Pump

In colder climates it is typical to see heat pumps with duel-fuel as opposed to heat pumps usually used in central Arizona. A duel-fuel pump cost about 25 percent more than a standard one due to it being more versatile for climates that go from freezing to hot. In the summer months, a duel-fuel pump creates a more efficient air conditioner while in the winter, it reduces the cost of heating the home by producing “cheap heat.”
