I was very impressed Monte my comfort advisor. He gave me a call with a heads up when he was on the way, and arrived when he said he would. Monte took the time to make sure that I understood what they had to offer and was very professional and personable. I look forward to my install!?
Robert Mitchell was very informative and walked us through every option that could fit our needs. He is very respectful and we were scheduled with the urgency needed. Arizona Summer deserves the urgency that was provided to our case. Call them without hesitation!
Tim and Josh were awesome today. Not only with the unit install that we had to replace but at troubleshooting another issue as well. Our units are back in business! Robert serviced another one of my units today and he's been to my house before. I like seeing familiar faces who I know I can trust to make me happy and get the work done at a reasonable price!

Here's what I liked. I was sent a picture of the technician, Chad Salerno, via messaging. That was way cool! Just like Uber! Chad was professional and very personable and explained everything in detail. What I didn't like was the 4-hour window (7am-11am) AND to be told that the technician was on his way and he still not show up for another hour. Next time send a message that he's at the front door! I understand that travel here can take TIME, lots of time, but what does "on the way mean when it's 8:15am and the technician arrives closer to 10am? Maybe a follow-up "on the way" after 45 minutes? But again, my thanks to Chad for spending time to explain the services to me and I am now a happy member of ACE Home Services family; at least for the next 3 years!
