Annual Condenser Coil Clean
Maintain your A/C system the right way! Receive annual condenser coil cleans that will occur during one of the maintenance inspections for the year. By cleaning the condenser coils, you allow your system to run more efficiently, saving you money on your energy bills, and extending the life of your unit.

No Breakdown Guarantee
If ACE Home Services performs maintenance on the customer’s system and the unit needs repair within the same year, ACE serves at no charge and waives the normal $79.99 diagnostic fee.
Special Discounts on Service
Service Club members receive a deep discount of 20% on all heating and cooling repairs. And you also receive a 20% discount on replacing HVAC equipment, filters, and accessories. This can save you plenty of money as you service your HVAC system.
Peace of Mind Program
Did your system break down? No need to worry.
• We will respond to your Service Needs on a non-working HVAC system within 24 hours.
• Receive up to 1 night of *hotel accommodations if your unit is non-working for a standard
service.
• Receive up to 2 nights of *hotel accommodations if your unit is non-working for a major
component or special order item replacement.
• Receive up to 3 nights of *hotel accommodations if your unit is non-working for a new unit installation.
• Receive up to 5 nights of *hotel accommodations in a one-year period.
Multiple instances are permitted but limited to a combined stay of 5 nights in a one year period.
* Hotel demographic location based upon availability.
* Customers may choose from the hotel list provided by ACE Home Services.
* No other coupons or discounts can be combined with this offer.
* Customers without a Preventative Maintenance Agreement who purchase a new unit from ACE Home Services that qualify, may be eligible.
* HVAC systems over 10 years old and/or without manufacturer support for parts may be excluded unless complete replacement is scheduled by ACE Home Services.
* Where federal law demands repair or replacement due to a Freon leak, eligibility may be revoked for noncompliance by the customer.
* Eligibility may be revoked for customer non-compliance.
* These benefits are only available to customers who will be entirely without an HVAC system due to service or replacement, and may be denied to households with additional working units.
* Any work or service performed on the HVAC equipment by others may void this offer.
* ACE Home Services reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke this agreement for anyone at any time.
* Offer applies to standard room only and ACE Home Services is not responsible for any upgrades or additional charges.
* This offer is limited to service and/or unit replacement within normal business hours (Monday through Saturday, 8am-8pm) and any work performed outside of these hours may not apply.
* ACE Home Services is not responsible due to any delay by the manufacturer on materials, parts, and/or equipment.
* Any HVAC problem caused by neglect and/or negligence by the customer voids the offer.
* Any recommendations made by ACE Home Services and declined by the customer may void this offer.
* All benefits must be approved by ACE Home Services management.
* Hotel accommodations will be arranged by ACE Home Services management.
* Additional hotel accommodations, incidentals, and taxes are not included.
